Interset（インターセット、以下「本アプリ」）は、筋トレのレスト（インターバル）を管理するためのタイマーアプリです。本アプリは利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者や第三者に対して個人情報を収集・送信しません。アカウント登録やログインは不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの提供を求めることはありません。本アプリはサーバーと通信しません。

2. データの保存場所

利用者が本アプリに入力した内容（部位フォルダ・種目・レスト秒数・セット数、トレーニング履歴、メモ、各種設定）は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや外部サービスへ送信・アップロードされることはありません。

3. 通知について

レスト完了をお知らせするために、端末内で完結するローカル通知のみを使用します。通知のための識別子（プッシュトークン等）を収集・送信することはありません。通知は端末の設定からいつでもオフにできます。

4. 第三者提供・広告・トラッキング

• データを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
• 広告は表示しません。
• 行動追跡（トラッキング）や解析目的の識別子の収集は行いません。

5. データの削除

• 各項目（フォルダ・種目・履歴・メモ）は、左スワイプなどアプリ内の操作で削除できます。
• 本アプリを端末から削除すると、保存されていたデータも端末から削除されます。

データは端末内にのみ存在するため、開発者側で復元・提供することはできません。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢に関わらず安心してご利用いただけます。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で改定日を更新してお知らせします。

Interset ("the App") is a timer app for managing rest intervals during weight training. The App is designed with your privacy as the top priority.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personal information to the developer or any third party. No account or sign-in is required, and we never ask for your name, email, or location. The App does not communicate with any server.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

Everything you enter in the App (body-part folders, exercises, rest seconds and set counts, training history, notes, and settings) is stored only on your device. It is never sent or uploaded to the developer's servers or any external service.

3. Notifications

The App uses only on-device local notifications to alert you when a rest ends. It does not collect or transmit push tokens or any notification identifiers. You can turn notifications off anytime in your device settings.

4. Third Parties, Ads & Tracking

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• The App shows no advertisements.
• The App does not track you or collect identifiers for analytics.

5. Deleting Your Data

• You can delete items (folders, exercises, history, notes) with in-app actions such as swipe-to-delete.
• Deleting the App from your device also removes the data stored on it.

Because the data exists only on your device, the developer cannot recover or provide it.

6. Children

Because the App collects no personal information, it can be used safely regardless of age.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If we make significant changes, we will update the revision date on this page.
